Job Title:         Maintenance Technician

Salary:              £18,500 per annum and On Call Allowance of £500

Hours:              40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Contract:         Permanent

Can you work flexibly to enrich the lives of young people as a Maintenance Technician?

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team at Shifnal School, Shifnal. As a Maintenance Technician, you will support our School on site to maintain buildings and equipment to the high standards set by the company and external regulators. This role will require you to be adaptable and flexible as the jobs dictate your day in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

Educated to a minimum of GCSE Grade C in English and Maths, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and think outside the box

Options Trent Acres, is a newly opened service and situated on a 12 acre site offering an integrated residential, education and care package for children between 8 and 19 years with a wide range of complex needs, Autism and associated learning disabilities The school is purpose built, modern and welcoming with a range of specialist learning areas including an indoor and outdoor riding school and outdoor gymnasium. Children also have the opportunity to work with our horses, donkeys, goats, alpaca and chickens. Learning outside of the classroom is a fundamental part of life at Trent Acres.
