Salary:             £18,720 - £19,760 per annum (£9.00 - £9.50 per hour) plus £45 per sleep in​

Hours:              40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Children's Support Worker to join our fantastic team at  The Laurels in Stoke on Trent. As a Children's Support Worker, you will share our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to be happy and to make their way in the world. in a way that maximises their achievements and ability to develop.

Whilst previous experience of working in a challenging role would be desirable, excellent  skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

Holding or be willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Child Care or equivalent qualification, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every child to reach their potential.
