We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team at Southview, Stamford as a Senior Residential Care Worker. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Our Senior Residential Care Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care. You will lead children in activities, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administrate medication.

Already qualified to NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, able to work with emotional needs and challenging behaviour, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.

About us:

Southview is a beautiful, homely four bed residential home, surrounded by scenic countryside, caring for young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, some of the young people may also have mild learning difficulties. We have a family environment and are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our team, who has experience of leading a team in a similar setting.

For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
