Job Title:         Registered Manager, Adult Care

Salary:              £32,000 - £39,000 

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our service, The Old Vicarage, based in Uxbridge, Middlesex.

Our home The Old Vicarage is an established home based in a residential area, with 8 bedrooms, a large garden, conservatory, patio, gym and quiet room.  A homely environment where each individual is supported to work towards personal independence, gain life skills and live a fulfilling life.

The home has an experienced and dedicated team, available 24 hours a day. We have developed a person-centred approach so the adults we support can contribute to their personal development plan, by organising their own daily living within the local community.

QCQ rated Good the home is within commuting distance of Hayes, Slough, Yiewsley and surrounding areas.

As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the quality of care within the home, managing the team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the residents, whilst providing a safe and secure environment and maintaining CQC and Quality Care Standards. 

Essential requirements:

We are looking for a CQC Registered Manager with experience in the learning disabilities / complex needs sector.  You will be skilled in the supervision and management of a team and will be someone who is always looking to improve and lead by example.  A level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership and Management is essential.
