Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

Salary: Up to £40,800 per annum

Regional Role covering North Lincolnshire and East Midlands Services

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week - Part Time considered

Are you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist interested, and skilled in working within the field of ASC and complex needs?  If so, we have the role for you!

We currently have an opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding clinical team. We are passionate about providing an excellent clinical service with therapists who care about driving and providing the best clinical outcomes.

About the role

The Speech and Language Therapy role is an exciting and specialist clinical role, covering multiple sites in a geographical region across residential adult care.  The role is based at Roxby House but will also support other sites within the North Services.  Access to your own means of transport is essential.

The post-holder will work within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures and support the integration of their specific service in the day to day running of each provision i.e., standardised assessments and clinical services. A key aspect of the role will be to deliver informed interventions at a universal, enhanced and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our adult’s needs.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing services of, but not limited to – Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational and Sensory Integration Therapy and other appropriate professions as the allocated services require to meet the needs of adults.  This role reports directly into our Clinical Lead.

The post is full time but part time options can be considered.

Essential Criteria

  • Relevant Speech and Language Therapy qualifications and active HCPC registration
  • Experience of post grad experience within the specialist client group
  • Experience of multi-professional work
  • Experience of teaching, training and clinical supervision
