About the role

We’re looking for a Clinical Lead to join Outcomes First Group in the Nottinghamshire area.  This role will mainly be based at our Westbourne School, but will also develop a resourceful service to other schools, residential homes and if required fostering agencies within the region.  The role will form part of our wellbeing team which is our specialist in house clinical team.  Someone with a holistic and integrated approach to care, education and clinical services would be perfect for this role.

The Clinical Lead is an exciting and specialist clinical and management role, covering multiple sites in a geographical operating region across residential care, education and fostering.  Located within Westbourne School holding clinical responsibility to manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team providing services of, but not limited to - Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational and Sensory Integration Therapy, Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology, Therapy Assistants and other appropriate professions as the allocated services continue to further meet the needs of children and young people. The successful applicant will be fully supported and will have a substantial resource at their disposal.

Who we are looking for

  • The ideal candidate for this role is a clinician with managerial and leadership experience,  experienced in working with children and young people
  • You may be a Practitioner Psychologist, Psychotherapist or Senior Therapist with a specialism who is accustomed to managing a leading a team
  • Active professional registration eg HCPC required
