Location:               Hillingdon Manor School, Uxbridge, Middlesex.

Salary:                    Up to £27,050 dependent on experience

Hours:                    34 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:               Fixed Term Contract ( Maternity Cover) 

Can you enrich the lives of young people as Systems & Personnel Administrator?

We are looking for an experienced Systems and Personnel Administrator to join our fantastic team at Hillingdon Manor School in Uxbridge. As the System & Personnel Administrator, your role would be to ensure that school administration functions are embedded across the three school sites, that the services are provided in an efficient, effective and timely way and in compliance with the requirements of the group and the school Senior Leadership Team in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

The post is located within a designated service in Hillingdon and the post holder is required to ensure their role delivery and activity meets the agreed expectations of the School Business Manager & Executive Head teacher. The role will be primarily based at our secondary site with the expectation to travel to work at our two primary sites as and when required (Our Primary sites are based in Yiewsley and Dachet). 

To ensure the school’s Management Information System (MIS) is up-to-date to enable the senior leadership team to use data to improve standards. To implement new elements of the MIS system as and when required and support staff with the functional use of the MIS system. To welcome visitors into the school and provide administrative and clerical functions for the school and its staff as and when required.

Offered on a fixed term basis, this role would suit a proactive individual with previous experience as a member of a school administration team or a HR/recruitment administration background.

Applicants must meet and evidence the following criteria:-

•           Relevant experience within an administration role

•           Good knowledge of administration practices and applications

•           Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•           Effective communication skills, verbal and written

•           Good IT skills and ability to take notes in meetings

•           Good organisational and time management skills

•           Ability to deal with complex and highly sensitive information

•           Hold a driving license

•           Ability to show empathy particularly to those with special needs

•           Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
