Job Title:                Administrator

Location:               Falkland House School, Falkland, Fife.

Salary:                    Up to £18,000 dependent on experience

Hours:                    37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:               Permanent, Term Time only

Are you an Administrator committed to improving the lives of children and young people?

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our fantastic team at Falkland House School in Falkland, Fife. As an Administrator, You will be the first point of contact for employees on any administration related query.  You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records. You will undergo training on Cascade and Reach computer systems to enable you to do your role effectively. Part of your role will be to raise and process orders through the Focal Point system.

This is a great opportunity for an Administrator who wants to work with children with varied and complex needs. Educated to GCSE level, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of communicating, motivated by helping every child to reach their potential.

About us:

Falkland House School is an in independent residential school for boys from primary to aged 18 years.  Our pupils have a range of Additional Support Needs including emotional and behavioural difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.  We were the first independent school in Scotland (outside of the NAS) to receive accreditation from the National Autistic Society.
