Salary: – Up to £23,000 FTE with non-contractual bonus with OTE of up to £26,450

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious and creative team player to join the Referrals team. Based in our office in Uxbridge, you will act as the first point of contact for all referrals/enquires into both of our Fostering businesses.
The referral administrator provides a vital link in the referrals service, working with colleagues and having contact with Local Authorities. The successful candidate will respond to referrals and Local Authority placement enquiries promptly and efficiently and ensures that relevant referrals are passed to the appropriate managers. You will advise local authorities of current vacancies, ensuring all information is up-to-date and sent to LAs weekly.
You will provide administrative support to Referrals team, efficiently coordinating referrals and ensuring all systems and up to date and accurate. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships with people at different levels.
We are looking for someone who shows good initiative and take ownership of tasks or issues. You will have a proven track record of building and developing key stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a busy administrative role and be confident with Microsoft Office, including Excel and a good level of data manipulation.
