We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator. If you really want to make your mark in a rapidly growing business that is committed to improving the lives of children and young people, this is the role for you.

This is your chance to join a supportive and caring, high achieving team at NFA South West. At NFA South West we pride ourselves in delivering a high quality service to a range of service users, including foster carers, children and local Authorities.

About the Group:

We are part of National Fostering Group.

Our highly skilled and dedicated fostering community supports Local Authorities by providing short or long-term foster placements for thousands of vulnerable children and teenagers throughout the UK. With 100% of our 28 regional fostering agencies officially recognised by Ofsted, Welsh and Scottish regulators as either ‘Outstanding’ or ‘Good’, it is perhaps not surprising that more people choose to foster with our fostering agencies than any other fostering provider in the UK.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a high quality administrative and minute taking service, planning, organising and attending Fostering Panels and Annual Home Reviews and producing accurate and appropriate minutes following Fostering Panel.  The Administrator will, therefore, need to have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to respond to telephone calls in a professional manner.

The nature of our business means that tasks and responsibilities are sometimes unpredictable and therefore, staff are expected to work flexibly when the occasion arises and tasks which are not specifically covered in the job description may have to be undertaken.

The Administrator will be joining a supportive and caring team who put a relentless focus on the outcomes of the children and young people in our care.
