Job Title: Recruitment Project Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Bolton – OFG Head Office
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
About the Role
This is an exciting time to join a growing Resourcing team as we transform into a market leading in-house recruitment function. This team has been central to the growth of Outcomes First Group, solving recruitment challenges at our schools, residential homes and fostering agencies.
It is essential we administer our recruitment process in a timely and effective manner to allow our services to deliver the highest standard of care and to grow. You will play a central role in providing project administration support for the resourcing programme of continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in improving recruitment performance in a sector that has staff shortages. The experience you gain in this role will open opportunities for you at the Group and externally. You will be working from our Bolton office as a member of the Resourcing team and the HR Department.
Who we are looking for?
You don’t need to have recruitment experience but you will be an excellent communicator on the phone and email, and able to develop positive working relationships with a variety of colleagues across the country. You will be writing online content so you need a good written style and you must be keen to learn from our current recruitment and marketing teams. You will have experience of managing a database and a keen eye for detail, as you will be managing the applicant tracking system and regularly producing reports on recruitment performance.
