Who we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with parents and building relationships but will also be very organised and have a keen eye for detail, proficient in their use of IT and come with ideas and a desire to improve the school.

Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN environment would be desirable, excellent support skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.
